These are:
1- Whole wheat crust pizza
2- Meatballs
(Measurements for Meatballs)
Half a package of ground beef
1/3 cup of oatmeal
1/5 cup of parmesan cheese
Couple dashes of garlic powder
1/4 cups of finely chopped onion
2 handfuls of spinach
3- Soup
